Abernethy 2010

The first weekend in September saw us again travelling to Abernethy Outdoor Activity Centre in Nethybridge (near Aviemore) for a weekend of activities.  It was heartening to see so many people again with nearly 60 members there, including a number of 'first-timers'.  We couldn't have asked for better weather - especially on Saturday.  Some photos below.  If you were there, leave us a comment and let us know what you thought!

It's been an annual fixture for the last 8 or 9 years.  With a number of the 'children' now becoming young adults, and increasing pressure on our finances, along with a number of other reasons, the committee have to decide on the future of this weekend.  Do you want it to continue in it's present form?  Would you like to go somewhere else?  Should we do it every second year?  Do you like the residential aspect, or would you prefer a day somewhere?  Let us know!
