Open Day / Listening Bus

A reminder about our Open Day on Saturday 18th September. The Listening Bus is coming to Aberdeen, and is always popular. We also have "Bananas's" children entertainer who will be providing circus skills workshops/demonstrations and balloon modelling. There will be a bouncy castle and a craft table.

"Cinders", a local Hearing Dog for the Deaf will be there (along with her human, Ian!), and you will be able to find out more about these dogs and their work.

Food & refreshments will be provided (BBQ if the weather is nice!) and we will be holding our AGM from 1.30-2.00pm.

The Listening Bus & entertainments will be available from 12.00noon-4.00pm. Drop in and see us! Parents, carers, families and professionals all welcome!

Tubing - August 2010

Despite the wet and windy weather, the tubing went ahead! We had a good turnout with around 30 people and it was good to see some new faces. Everybody got soaked but it didn't dampen the children's enthusiasm. The adults, however, went running into the lounge when the rain came on!! We did get some sunshine between the showers when everybody got to have a go, and the staff told us the rain just made the slope faster!
